Probate and Trust Administration

We represent trustees and personal representatives in trust and probate administrations. We also represent beneficiaries, heirs and creditors to protect their interests.

Our services include:

• Conducting the probate of a decedent’s estate or administration of a trust
• Petitioning the probate court for instructions or modification of irrevocable trusts
• Advising trustees and personal representatives on the administration of trusts and decedent’s estates and their fiduciary duties
• Coordinating the preparation of the estate tax return and trust and probate accountings with the client’s accountant, or preparing the estate tax return and accountings
• Reviewing fiduciary income tax returns
